Sharp...with an "E" on the end

I am a 26 year-old mother of my beautiful 2 year-old son Khalil. He is my pride and joy and always makes me laugh. I aspire to be a great journalist. I really just aspire to be whatever God has planned for me. Slowly but surely I am climbing. I hope that my experiences will motivate not intimidate, uplift and not put down. Its okay to make mistakes, how else are you going to learn?

It won't always be this way...

That's what my brother always tells me. It wont always be this way and everything you are doing now will make a difference. I have this dream (probably from watching too much TV) to be able to wake up in the morning, make me a hazelnut latte, grab the paper from my doorstep and turn to MY daily column! Oh yeah, and I'll be wearing glasses. ( I don't need them but its a good look.) Don't worry, slowly but surely, with every passing day my dream is becoming a reality...there are people out there like you. :-)

  1. Haniyyah, I agree with you brother. We are the catalyst for our own change. The hardest times are in life seems to be when we are at our point of break through. And that's when we really want to give up and quit. But we can't, we have to stay...on point :)

    Peace

  2. Hi Haniyyah,

What is your genre 'passion'? i.e., Building Relationship? Politics? Astrology? The best way to get started and turn your dream into that reality is to start writing those columns right here on your blog. Looking forward to reading those columns!!!
